We apologize your experience has led you to leave us a negative review. Your satisfaction is our top priority and have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. Our market based pricing is explained online with our inventory. We try our best to make it clear to each of our customers through our base statement, that we rarely discount the price of vehicles because of live market pricing. We eliminate the back and forth negotiating by making sure we have some of the best prices in the market, the internet does the negotiating for you, so to speak. Please know that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that has happened.

Please note that I did not try to negotiate the price. I was willing to purchase the vehicle for the price listed of $42,995. I also do not like the old school negotation process and that is why I used Cars.com. After refusing to sell the vehicle for the advertised price, Yark raised the price on Cars to $45,995 which is what they offered it to me for after not standing by the original listed price.

After further investigation, we have repainted the bumper for you and your vehicle has rail dust on it and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about rail dust, as it will keep reappearing. We understand that you have been in contact with our sales manager and he has instructed you to contact Chrysler Customer Care to start a claim.
