I was in pursuit of a particular 2024 Ford Bronco (Wildtrak/White/4dr/Hardtop) that no other dealer in my area had and I had been told repeatedly by other dealerships that the Bronco I wanted was in (Wildtrak/White/4dr/Hardtop) that no other dealer in my area had and I had been told repeatedly by other dealerships that the Bronco I wanted was in very high demand, thus I would have to wait months, if not a year to get what I wanted. My luck changed when I called Landmark Ford and they referred me to Jim Warner. Once Jim understood what I wanted, he got right to work and within 12 hours, he had found the Bronco I wanted at another dealership in my area. Landmark had a great relationship with the dealership that had my Bronco so they were able to make a trade so that I could actually buy my dream vehicle. Jim was able to get my Bronco to Landmark the same day that they made the trade. I am grateful to Jim for helping me find my dream vehicle and also to Landmark for having close relationships with other local dealers so that this transaction could happen. More

He even offered to try out the MKC up my very steep driveway to assess clearance. Put my mind at ease in going forward with this particular vehicle. He was very thorough in going through all the electrical options and settings. Synced my phone to the car and setting up the Concierge Lincoln Way Ap. I felt truly taken care of and will continue for the lease term. THANK YOU Scott for your attention to detail. Aron in finance was fantastic going over the hidden costs in leasing the vehicle. We worked with Jim Warner to purchase our 2013 Flex. He assisted us with ordering the exact one we wanted at a very good price. When it arrived, it had 4 miles on it, and it was in perfect shape. We have been coming to Landmark Ford for servicing our vehicles since our first new Flex in 2011. The service department service writers always talk straight car talk, offer effective repairs (for my 2002 SVT Focus) and comprehensive preventative maintenance. The prices are very competative with other delarships. It's the quality of the sales and service at Landmark which separates them from the pack and keeps me coming back for more. More
