This dealership stinks. Had great service while Joe Luciano was there but since Allen Oltmann took over I have no service although I wouldn't know since no one in Service Had great service while Joe Luciano was there but since Allen Oltmann took over I have no service although I wouldn't know since no one in Service Dept knows to use a phone for a few minutes out of there supposedly busy day. My car has been at Palmetto Ford for 4 weeks and had I not got upset and called I would not know what little I do know. I was told that they had talked to my warranty company which at the time they had not and that was the second week. Third week finally talked to someone at warranty company but they say inspector didn't show for another week which is xx because unlike these service advisors I do know how to use a phone and I talked to my warranty company and they told me what is going on. My vehicle is supposedly there for valve cover and a passenger mirror. Warranty company will cover it and reimbursement of at least a week of car rental. If they don't have enough mechanics to cover the work then either hire more mechanics, pay them better so they will want to stay or slow down doing what you cannot catch up with. I really hope they are not holding my car up for the seat belt recall. Now to get in touch with the better business bureau. When my car is released it might go back for new tires since I have lifetime on them and nothing else. The bad thing about all this is I was told by other people not to take it there so I will listen to them next time.!!!!!!!!! More

Bruce was great! We ordered the new bronco and he offered us top dollar for our trade in. We were out with our new car in no time! The employees were so kind and helpful. I dread car shopping and this was su us top dollar for our trade in. We were out with our new car in no time! The employees were so kind and helpful. Jim Moody and Jim Thorne are THE BEST We have had to take 3 vehicles 4 times to Palmetto Ford body shop over the past 20 years. Each time, both Jim and Jim and have been professional, frie We have had to take 3 vehicles 4 times to Palmetto Ford body shop over the past 20 years. Each time, both Jim and Jim and have been professional, friendly, courteous and kind. They have gone above and beyond every single time. Sometimes they feel more like friends making sure the work is nothing but the best. Jim Moody has helped me with service related issues as well and resolved them expediously. The work that has been done on all vehicles was always stellar. I know that if I'm not satisfied, Jim will do his best to fix things until I'm satisfied. Don't go anywhere else. This is the body shop to take your vehicle to for any and all body work. Thanks Jim and Jim! No offense, but I hope not to see you again in the body shop anytime soon. ;-) More

Bad Experience turned Delightful I backed too closely out of my daughter's garage and broke my side view mirror. I was petrified to drive as I was afraid to make a right turn when I I backed too closely out of my daughter's garage and broke my side view mirror. I was petrified to drive as I was afraid to make a right turn when I depend on that mirror. Jim ( One of the three Jims that works there ) had to order the mirror. Luckily it came in right when he said it would. I had the attention of several service men while one of the Jims snapped the mirror in place quickly. They made me feel less foolish for having such an accident. The whole experience at Palmetto Ford was quick and easy and I got a free car wash as well. Everyone there gives 200%!! More

Unparalleled Customer Service The whole experience of picking up my new truck was pleasant and fast because of Mr Thorne. I purchased my truck overseas through a Military Auto Sale The whole experience of picking up my new truck was pleasant and fast because of Mr Thorne. I purchased my truck overseas through a Military Auto Sales rep, and I was nervous about the “likely” obstacles I would have to overcome to ultimately get my truck. Mr Thorne communicated effectively to the point where I literally had to just show up, hand over some basic paperwork, and take about 5 minutes to sign some additional paperwork. He also resolved an issue with a missing add-on (soft cover for the truck bed) in less than a day! More

Unbelievable Customer Service I was involved in a car accident for the first time and had no idea what to do. Jim Thorne in the Collision Center personally explained the entire pro I was involved in a car accident for the first time and had no idea what to do. Jim Thorne in the Collision Center personally explained the entire process to me through multiple phone conversations and emails. He helped me sort out what to do about insurance, the steps I needed to take in order to have insurance cover my costs and was so friendly and helpful that it turned a stressful and difficult situation into one easily managed. I take my car to Palmetto Ford Lincoln often and have never had a negative experience. The entire staff, that I've worked with, are helpful and knowledgeable. My car is always serviced in a reasonable amount of time and returned to me with excellent care. A follow-up call to check-in is another great point of customer service. I highly recommend Palmetto Ford Lincoln. More
