A special shout-out goes to Justin, my salesperson, who went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. He was knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what I was looking for. Justin took the time to explain all the features of the Genesis models and answered all of my questions without any pressure. His expertise made the decision-making process much easier, and he made sure I was completely comfortable every step of the way. The dealership itself is top-notch – clean, organized, and with a great selection of vehicles. I felt valued as a customer, and the overall experience was stress-free. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect new vehicle, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free and at no time did I feel pressured. Chris, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He clearly explained all my options and worked diligently to secure the best financing for me. I felt well-informed and confident in my decisions, which made a huge difference in comparison to other places I shopped. Jim, the general manager, also deserves a shout-out for fostering such a positive atmosphere. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident and really elevated the entire experience. I could not recommend their service dept. more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel ha more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel had some curb rash scrapes. Since it was new and they could not get the previous Michelin model that was on the car, they replaced all four tires as well as had the wheel damage repaired! I was very pleasantly surprised, I give them my highest recommendation. Their staff is very friendly and professional as well. Looking forward to 3 years of top notch service. More

Would not touch them again with a ten foor pole. Fradulent 'Service Charge' ($399.00) added to sales price after the price was agreed upon. And then tell me 4 mis-statements of why the Service Char Fradulent 'Service Charge' ($399.00) added to sales price after the price was agreed upon. And then tell me 4 mis-statements of why the Service Charge was added. In my opinion, adding to the profit on the sale by creating a 'Service Fee' and then open the possibility to book it as an expense for tax purposes. I consider it grossly deceptive and misleading when questioned about the charge. I later called and spoke with the Service Mgr. regarding what I believed were clutch issues. He informed me that the automatic transmission does not have a clutch. If you look on line Hyundai clealy identifies Dual (2) clutches. He stated they could not even merely look at the Kona for 30 days. The Kona was sold as Certifiied. I simple would not do business with them again and certainly not recommend them to others.
