I guess I fall victim to that part of human nature where we will gladly spend energy to complain but rarely do the same to compliment...but today the opposite is true. I just want to take a moment of your time to put Chuck Eck up on a pedestal because his service and helpfulness during our purchasing experience was outstanding. Chuck made us feel very welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning and all the way through the process. Chuck gave up quite a bit of his personal family time to work with our schedule and had a smile on his face through it all. Even at the tail end with some dealings we had to correct, he continued to make himself available and helped us wrap thos issues at the end. Any negative feelings we had from the experience...Chuck made sure to turn them around for us. He even personally drove across town to help us wrap up some the paperwork. I've dealt with car salesmen (dealership) before and most of them forget your name once they get your signature on the dotted (money) line...but not Chuck. I wish every sales experience we encountered could be with a guy like him. Outstanding work Chuck, thanks for everything! More
