My New Altima Nissan I really loved going into the Nissan Eden Prairie dealership because they were so professional and friendly and they were really helpful. I talked to Jim Tang through texting before I actually went into the dealership and he set up a time for me with a sales man, who was Kirk Rose. Kirk was really helpful and his friendliness and professionalism was great. He worked with finance and they made this happen for me even it seemed like it would be impossible. I was able to get my dream car and and their customer service was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. More

I visited Feldmann Nissan to lease a new vehicle while taking advantage of special programs to pay off my remaining lease and provide a cash back incentive. I had previously chatted by e-mail with Jim Tan taking advantage of special programs to pay off my remaining lease and provide a cash back incentive. I had previously chatted by e-mail with Jim Tang who gave me Mark Leuthard's name. Mark was very busy at 8:45am on Saturday morning 2/26 when I arrived at the dealership, but was able to juggle between customers without making me wait very long. It was a snowy day, but Mark showed me multiple Maximas which was my model of choice. The only issue which Mark couldn't provide a solution to was my desire for a navigation system. It seems that the only Maximas in stock with navigation systems were super black or crimson black in color. Black is definitely not my preferred color, but in order to get the navigation system I had no choice but to get the black. It would seem to me that a navigation system is a popular feature and there should be a much greater choice of vehicles with that feature. I told Mark that I needed to leave by 11 that morning, so he speeded up the sale process. I returned at about 3:30 that afternoon and comleted the finance portion of the sale and took ownership. Other than my disappointment with the color choice, everything went very smoothly. More
