Lack of listing and communication and inability to fallow up on any and all occasions whether it was me purchasing my brand new Hyundai or the Hyundai I brought in to have a engine put in that they then basi up on any and all occasions whether it was me purchasing my brand new Hyundai or the Hyundai I brought in to have a engine put in that they then basically stole $5000 of mine because when I picked it up I had to drag it wrecker to a other mechanic to fix what they fixed I would have never expected this I tried to communicate with them and Hyundai but since they are the lack of everything that sums up customer service I suggest to ever read this run people run these people are thieves I don’t care what they tell you they don’t follow up with nothing I literally have to hound them to get a call back I paid my bill in full when I pick my car up and then it made a noise and I called the mechanic out there and he said to me well that’s the water pump I just had my engine replaced I had a whole hour conversation with Randy the parts and service manager who also won’t call you back and then sits there and tries to tell me it’s because I use the Valvoline oil filter service my vehicle that’s why my engine broke and only got 90,000 miles and then they wrote it up for something that should’ve been covered at 100% as a goodwill offerAnd then they left my car sitting right at six months or five months really to fix it I have text messages I have emails where I have them and contradicting lies they cannot be trusted and that’s all I got not one of them is honest and trustworthy More

I bought a truck that was "owned by the manager's uncle" before traded in. Since it was a family trade in, they assured me everything was great and "would last me a long time". I purchased and drove it home before traded in. Since it was a family trade in, they assured me everything was great and "would last me a long time". I purchased and drove it home to Chattanooga where the truck overheated. Upon inspection, it was completely out of coolant. After adding almost 2 gallons to the reservoir it seemed to be ok. The coolant all leaked out overnight in my garage. $1900 to fix. Gray Epperson dealership is a liar and should not be trusted. Even if you have a warranty, I hope you never need to contact them because they have been "too busy" to talk to me for 2 weeks now. No response to email, text, or call. If you do not have extra money for repairs look elsewhere for a vehicle. More

From start to finish hi Korrie Dodd helped to make this new car purchase the best we have ever had, and we have had quite a few in the last 30 years. From start to finish his focus was on what my wife wanted, how she felt about different features and how he could accommodate her. Her test drive was fun and Korrie was sure to point out all the bells and whistles and answered every single question with the confidence of someone familiar with the product he was representing. Honestly the Kona could have sold itself but Korrie was the icing on the cake for us. We were confident we were getting the best deal possible with minimum back and forth that you know is coming when negotiating the price. We felt comfortable and in good hands with Korrie, and that was actually a first for us when buying a new car. Gary Burnette helped us with the financial closing that can be confusing and tedious. Gary helped us feel comfortable in every aspect of this purchase and was extremely personable and fun to be with. Tamika helped us in our first contact with the dealer from the website and coordinated our visit with Korrie to make the purchase. This is a high functioning team at this dealership and a very welcoming and comfortable group of employees. We highly recommend this dealership but most of all Korrie Dodd. More

I called and made an appt, which took two more weeks. After the service dept looked at it they said "they can't fix it due to not having the parts and I would have to take it to the Ford Dealership it would be my responsibility" I then spoke with Jim about Hyundai helping get the lift gate fixed since it messed up only two weeks after my purchase, his response after speaking to his manager was, " you bought it as is, we did you a favor when giving you a power train warranty and we can't put any more money into ( that was an insult) we bought "as is" and it worked when we bought it! I thought since this was a minor fix for them they would stand on the good customer satisfaction and help with it. Like most people this nice vehicle is a new purchase to us and with the devotion to such a purchase we shouldn't have to fix anything on the vehicle , it doesn't matter how minor. It's very frustrating. Other than that I love my Ford Edge! More
