Superb text communication with the sales coordinator led me to phone calls with Tim Boyce, the manager. I felt confident after taking to Tim that we should make the drive. Jim Steele was our sales associate and treated as like friends, answering our questions while getting to know us as people, not just customers. We even had to bring our 10 week old pug puppy with us (no child care available) and all at the dealership were gracious and understanding (and they all adored the puppy too lol). Kevin in finance was friendly and efficient in getting us out the door, back home another 3 hours. He made a personal connection with us too. No regrets on making the trip to Taylor Ford! More
