They had my car for almost a month waiting on a part. When I asked for a loaner I was told they had a loaner program but none were available…. For a month no loaners were available. Jeep reimburses you f When I asked for a loaner I was told they had a loaner program but none were available…. For a month no loaners were available. Jeep reimburses you for rental cars which is fine for a few days. I had to use $1500 of my own money and now wait a month to get a reimbursement check. I don’t have that kind of money, especially around the holidays. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told he was “unavailable.” More

i had a scheduled appt at 8am booked one week in advance...that was re confirmed by the dealership the day before..... and my car was not seen until 5.5 later after i dropped it of on time. i paid 1 advance...that was re confirmed by the dealership the day before..... and my car was not seen until 5.5 later after i dropped it of on time. i paid 150 for a diagnostic where i already knew what the problem was. i expected it fixed. not tested and asked to come back another day to have it fixed. a waste of my time and it has happed to me in the past at this dealership and i was hesitant to return for this visit.... no change. all questions about my car status had to be initiated by me.
