I brought my 2017 Kia Sedona (60k miles) to Schaumburg Kia for scheduled maintenance and diagnostics. I chose this dealership and drove far to get a better service quality. On the contrary, my experience was very disappointing. I was not greeted at my appointment and had to find a service manager myself. Promised updates on diagnostics and service completion never came; I had to call myself instead. At pickup, my service advisor was gone, and billing had to be handled by someone else. My requested diagnostics apparently were ignored, yet I still had to leave with the same engine problem plus a new issue — fluctuating idle. Under the hood, I found coolant leaks and scratches on trim, suggesting careless work. Overall, communication, diligence, and quality of service were seriously lacking. Worst Customer Service Ever! ! Will NEVER recommend this dealership. What an absolute nightmare. They need to learn how to communicate with their customers and not avoid them. The ! This locations website stated they had sales on new cars, cars in general. Get there and it’s total opposite. I requested the best employee and for the worst. I rather protect her name than to blast her because she’s new but I expected more from her. 2019 Stinger was in the shop 3 times within 7 days of purchase. Went through so much for 30 days dealing with that car and that dealership: not once when I requested to speak with the GM, was he around. The day I was fed up, I reached out for the last time before contacting BBB/States Attorney. Living in Chicago having to drive to and from was taking away financially. Interfered with my business and they did show they cared until the last minute. Tiffany did what she could to help me and I appreciate her. Dealership bought the car back and end up getting the K5, what I asked for to begin with but that salesmen SUGGESTED what she wanted me to have. THANK YOU! ALDO! He took great care of me from beginning to end the Second time around. I appreciate all the help but for me having to go through ALL of that, unnecessary. More
