The most unprofessional dealership i’ve ever done business with. They failed to send the pay off for my trade in car and when I attempted to get in contact with someone to fix it, they started hangin business with. They failed to send the pay off for my trade in car and when I attempted to get in contact with someone to fix it, they started hanging up on me ! One guy actually told me to screw off. I attempted to make contact with his manager and I was told repeatedly I’d get a phone call. They never called me to this day and i’m out 700 dollars due to their incompetent mistake. Way to go VW.
