He returned my phone calls and did research for me very quickly, and upon my arrival at the dealership he and the rest of the staff treated me to customer service that was so good it was honestly refreshing. The guys in the delivery bay for my new car even treated me to some of their breakfast buffet! I was so pleased with the deal Bob got me that I gave away all of the business cards he provided me my first day back at work, and I would not hesitate one moment to refer friends and family to him.
