I recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL from Wallace Mitsubishi of Kingsport and am very satisfied with the product and the dealership. Landon Oden did a great job in getting the car ready for Wallace Mitsubishi of Kingsport and am very satisfied with the product and the dealership. Landon Oden did a great job in getting the car ready for pickup and everyone at the dealership who was involved in my transaction was very courteous and easy to work with. Thank Goodness for THIS Dealership! It is 85 miles from my home, it is still amazing in my book; the day was both steaming hot and raining, Still an Excellent experience. Buying a car is stressful, whether or not you are fully prepared for that step, we felt prepared, but still learned a lot! We didn't see the salesperson we thought we would see, I think our salesman was perhaps more new, but he was great! Ryan Patrick, our salesman, was knowledgeable of the Outlander Features, packages, etc! He let us walk around, consider color combinations, interiors, features at random. Stephanie Stevens was our initial and continuous contact right up until we drove away with new car. She gave us treats for our giant dog, water and checked in often to see if we needed something else! That was great service! She checked in later to see how we were enjoying our new Outlander! Jim McCoy...in financing...didn't seem like your typical finance person! He was as informed about Mitsubishi as anyone could ever hope to be! It was a joy discussing the product and purchase, didn't "feel" like buying a car. Chris...not sure of his last name and I regret that....but he was the MAN! He programmed the app into my phone (huge big deal), and at the end, he gave my husband a dealership hat, actually 2 hats. This may seem like a typical car purchase, I have lost count of how many new cars I have purchased...a lot...some I custom ordered, some were more equipped or luxurious, but I feel I got a top of the line Outlander, a reasonable deal, a great interest rate and met some people I would trust in a dark room. So that made this a great experience! 5 Stars and a plus sign for them! THIS dealership actually seemed to care. (Get a bench near smoke stand for us "limited folks!") Chronic back injury folk will appreciate a moment to think! More

First time a dealership was hassle free. I am previous Toyota owner and always bought from Toyota. They got me the payment I needed and helped me save money. I wasn't going to stop! I was in the market for a 3-row crossover. I had checked Wallace's website and they did not have anything I was interested in, certainly not the 2017 I was in the market for a 3-row crossover. I had checked Wallace's website and they did not have anything I was interested in, certainly not the 2017 Pathfinder. I decided to drive acround the lot to make sure I hadn't missed anything. That's when I met Kris Darker. Kris flagged me down, asked what I was looking for, and got me out of my car. I rolled my eyes at my wife and told her we'd humor him then leave. And it looked like that was what was going to happen. He started with a Dodge Journey, then A Mitsubishi Outlander, too small. Then he took me to the Pathfinder. I told him I wouldn't be interested, but he got me looking. The Pathfinder was big enough, and I liked it surprisingly well. I also found out that, as a certified Nissan it included a 100K mile warranty on the powertrain. I thanked Kris and told him we were going to look at other places. He gave me his card and off we went. We test drove pretty much every 3-row crosover that Saturday and headed home. On Moday, I called Kris back. We met and I took the Pathfinder on an extended test drive. He found answers to every one of my questions. And Jim McCoy worked us a deal on a 100K bumper to bumper warranty and made the financing painless. I drove home in that Pathfinder I wasn't interested in. Wallace Nissan did a great job getting me in a car while never making me feel pressured to buy! Next time I need a car, Wallace will be at the top of my list, not the bottom! More

Stephanie was amazing. My vehicle was totaled in a wreck and insurance was dragging their feet. I had no down payment and less than perfect credit but needed a vehicle. I inquired about two used vehicles an and insurance was dragging their feet. I had no down payment and less than perfect credit but needed a vehicle. I inquired about two used vehicles and Stephanie was able to get me into a brand new 2020 Versa. I had a co signer and, though the documents had to be mailed to him, I was able to go pick up the car that day. Most everything was completed through text and email while I was at work. PLEASE CHECK THE UNDERSIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. I purchased a vehicle in March and now have a broken control arm and the other side is about to break also due to massive rust.
