Jim has helped me with parts for my vehicles many times for many years. He is the best! He knows his stuff, even has part numbers memorized, because he has worked in the auto industry for so long. Excellent Customer Service I went in for service on my 2013 Ford Fusion, as there was a recall. This is the third dealer I contacted in regards to being serviced, and the only o I went in for service on my 2013 Ford Fusion, as there was a recall. This is the third dealer I contacted in regards to being serviced, and the only one that actually helped. From the initial phone conversation, to being greeted with a smile by Eric when I pulled into the wrong spot lol to the extremely friendly & fast service, they were great! I was first assisted by Andrew, whom was already in the middle of assisting other customers. He was prompt and attentive in assessing my issue, and informed me that Blaize would be helping me. Blaize was friendly and personable, and made the transaction seamless. Chris was quick with fixing the issue, and making sure my car was back to normal. In today’s climate, it’s refreshing to patronize a business that has exceptional customer service, and creates a generous atmosphere. When I’m ready to upgrade, I will definitely be sure to get my next Ford from this location. More
