Given a 7:30 appt and the service guys don’t even start until 8:00. Wasted 1/2 hour of my workday. Cost me $308 for inspections, oil change, and tire rotation. Told the guy beside me that they had no idea until 8:00. Wasted 1/2 hour of my workday. Cost me $308 for inspections, oil change, and tire rotation. Very good experience. I had my car inspected, emissions tested, and oil changed. They even washed my car. Car runs great after 10 years (Altima). Affordable, too. The tech was nice but I was rarely contacted about my vehicle. I had to call to find out what was going on and I had to return 3 times in order to get my vehicle fixed correctly. I am hoping and praying vehicle. I had to call to find out what was going on and I had to return 3 times in order to get my vehicle fixed correctly. I am hoping and praying that everything is solved this time. I think a customer service training may be helpful to the team. For example, how to keep in touch with your client from start to finish when they drop the vehicle off. A class like this may be helpful. Each time my vehicle was at this location, I never heard back during the interim, until it was time to pick my vehicle up. As I stated, I always had to call to get updates. Also, if a customer’s car is there for over a month, it would be nice to get it back washed and vacuumed. :) More
