Second time in the last 25 years I have enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle. Took the time to answer questions fully and make sure there was no confusion. Numbers were fair and actually came to within $300 of my initial offer with there first counter offer. If you count the free oil change coupons, we were within $100. Dan the finance guy was also a pleasure to work with, explained everything, cheerfully answered all of our questions and successfully navigated the little bit of husband/wife bickering over the terms of the contract. More

Also, he set up Onstar, which notified me (on my phone) the battery had an issue and before I picked my car up, he replaced the battery to make sure everything would work as it should.
