I love the car i chose and purchased. Financing went quickly. But the cabin air filter was filthy, we stopped and bought a new one on our way home because we kept sneezing. We drove 2 1/2 hours to purc quickly. But the cabin air filter was filthy, we stopped and bought a new one on our way home because we kept sneezing. We drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase this car and The check engine light came on when we were an hour away, on our way home The dealership was closed, so I was unable to call or go back. I’ve never had a newly purchased vehicle have issues within the first hour I purchase it. I’m kind of at a loss. More

From my first call to my first face-to-face interaction the experience was amazing! I live in Kansas City and saw the vehicle I wanted online. I called ELCO and Sales Assistant that helped me out was amazi the experience was amazing! I live in Kansas City and saw the vehicle I wanted online. I called ELCO and Sales Assistant that helped me out was amazing. She then put me in touch with Jimmy Mack and he was just as awesome! I made the 3.5 hr drive and when I arrived Jimmy Mack greeted me with a clean car ready for me to test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle and the paperwork, processing and trade-in was fast and seamless. Thank you for a great experience! More

Overall, a great car buying experience. I was from out of state and Jimmy Mac did a great job of helping me through the process and knowing everything about the vehicle before flying out to buy it. ELCO even state and Jimmy Mac did a great job of helping me through the process and knowing everything about the vehicle before flying out to buy it. ELCO even picked me up from the airport so I didn't have to pay for an Uber. At the dealership, they were very patience as I test drove the car and looked it over. Paperwork was quick and very straight foward. More
