Best Experience Ever I have purchased more than two dozen vehicles in my lifetime and I cringe when it is time to car shop. We have all heard of the "used car salesman" a I have purchased more than two dozen vehicles in my lifetime and I cringe when it is time to car shop. We have all heard of the "used car salesman" and we all tend to avoid them at all costs, me included. I have been car shopping for about two weeks and made trips to two separate dealerships in my local area after being told all was ready for me to test drive and sign the papers only to find out after making the trip to the dealership that they did not have the numbers discussed or the paperwork ready for me to sign. I ended up leaving both dealerships without a vehicle. I contacted Kenny at Stuckey Auto and explained my requirements. Kenny assured me that he would get the job done. If we could find a vehicle and agree upon numbers, he would make my trip to the dealership quick and seamless. I drove three hours to his dealership and, to my pleasant surprise, Kenny had everything together exactly as we discussed on the phone. He was absolutely incredible through the entire process. My dealing with him has made me realize that this is not impossible to get a deal done as discussed. I would highly recommend Kenny and Stuckey Automotive to anyone wanting a quick and seamless car buying experience. He had me in and out of the dealership within an hour. As long as Stuckey provides this type of service, I will purchase ALL of my future vehicles from them. Well worth the 3 hour drive. More

Professional, friendly and a great experience. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but this was the most pleasant experience. Working with Joe Gearhart and Tony Muro was much more than I ex I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but this was the most pleasant experience. Working with Joe Gearhart and Tony Muro was much more than I expected. They were not "pushy" in any way. They gave a good trade in value and covered every aspect of the transaction and never attempted to sell us something we weren't interested in. The young man in finance (Jim Heffelfinger) was very helpful and explained each detail of the transaction. I would not hesitate to return to Stuckey Buick for future purchases. A job well done! More

Pleasant and straight forward. The overall experience was pleasant and was straight forward. The atmosphere was inviting, clean, and all of the people were personable and helpful. Jim was extremely helpful, always had a smile, and provided us with options. Overall, we have made two purchases from Stuckey's in the last 3 years and will go back when we want to make another vehicle change. I wouldn’t have any reservations about referring friends and family to the dealership. More details: We spent about 5 hours at the dealership with a 5 and 9-year-old. Everyone was very nice and helped try to make their stay enjoyable. The total length of time we spent wasn't all the dealerships fault, we had some questions about a mechanical issue that Stuckey Service took care of immediately. Before we made our purchase, we were given an opportunity for another test drive to see if the issue was resolved. Big kudos for being upfront and honest with their customers. Some Suggestions: A suggestion for continual service improvement would be to begin streamlining the car buying experience/process. I understand that you are working with state and federal agencies to make more of the paperwork digital which will help. Another suggestion is the sticker shock/pain point with the "additional options" examples, warranty, paint protect, etc. I feel that it would have been better to know what those costs are before reaching the financing step in the process. We began the purchasing process knowing that we wanted to purchase an extended warranty. It very well could have been that we didn't communicate that at the beginning. One issue that I noticed were some of the side conversations that the employees were having. Although the atmosphere was welcoming and nice, I could certainly see some of the conversations, and that language used, could offend some customers. I was speaking with an older couple that also noticed. It may just be a generational thing but your staff may want to be more mindful of were customers are and topics of conversation within the show room floor. More
