To start an entire way through the Service advisor was very kind. That’s where compliments for Hubler Chevy stops & They gave me a loaner car while my vehicle was in shop for 21 days .. 21 days!!! long ti very kind. That’s where compliments for Hubler Chevy stops & They gave me a loaner car while my vehicle was in shop for 21 days .. 21 days!!! long time for them to not figure anything out even though it was their “best tech” and “they are the place to go for electrical problems in Chevys” … Told me to “take it back and wait for it to get worse then bring it back”... Not acceptable. They Manufacture the vehicle and can’t figure out the problem in 21 days is bad. Would not recommend them. Service manager never called me nor spoke to me even though I requested to speak to him and left messages on his voicemail, not professional. I Took it to another mechanic & in 6 hours they called me & had the problem diagnosed… next day repaired and back to me. Goes to show dealerships are overwhelmed and not as qualified as they advertise. Hubler Chevrolet Seevice Wasted so much of my time ! More

The first person I had helping me, Brooks, was great. She helped me get everything approved for my tires to be replaced/fixed. The day I went in, Feb 14th, not so much because she wasn’t there. The never told me they only replaced the one tire and didn’t fix the other. I didn’t know they didn’t fix the other until days later. I sat there for over 2 hours for them to get only one thing completed and to not say anything. They only finally let me leave after I walked back out to the service department to see why it was taking so long. There were 10 other people that came in after that left way before me. I know they don’t work on Nissians but the tires are not the same as working under the hood. More
