Friendly staff, I didn't feel too much pressure. They did work w/me on price a bit; but not too much. Car was really clean. They did say that it went through the 172 point inspection. My car did have a spare key, they did fill the gas tank up, & they also gave me a free 3 month of XM Radio which they also programed into my new used car. They did answer any ?'s I had. More
