Although my service advisor is not at fault, I am more than disappointed in my service bc I brought vehicle in bc AC was not blowing cold. Supposedly the compressor was replaced. They stated the vehicle was blowing out at forty seven degrees. When I picked up the vehicle, but the vehicle is still only blowing cool air. Definitely.Not cold and definitely not forty seven degrees. When I expressed my concerns, they had me drive around the service manager who, instead of looking at my vehicle and having it fixed, I brought out a thermometer which showed my vehicle was blowing at 58 or 60 degrees. The thermometer has a long stick, which goes inside your vent, so if it's blowing at sixty degrees inside my vent, then once that air hits the outside, it's blowing it like seventy or eighty. This is not acceptable. I'm more than irritated because my concerns were not listened to and I was just brushed off and my vehicle is still not blowing cold. The fact that i'm driving around a baby in the back seat p***** me off even more, because when I expressed to them that the ac was not working it properly, they should have fixed it then instead of giving me tips on how to keep my vehicle cooler like keeping it in the garage or having the windows, open a little bit. They had me leave even though they could not replicate. My vehicle blowing out at 47°. Is there stating that it was when they checked it. So clearly there's a problem with the a c and instead of fixing it, you guys are making excuses and trying to tell me why i should accept it blowing out.Not cold and barely cool and warm at idle. More

I have purchased and serviced cars through this dealership for over 10 years. The folks here are helpful and professional. I got our last car this past December and my husband has been too sick to do any looking for a car so I was on my own, for the first time getting a car, and could not have done it without Brad. He answers all my questions in person and on the phone. I am 77 and would not want to do this on my own without Brad's help. My husband and I drove away with 2 new Buick Encore GX on July 6th. The many new features were really nice and we just couldn't turn down our choices. From the tail gate lift, the larger center console, an July 6th. The many new features were really nice and we just couldn't turn down our choices. From the tail gate lift, the larger center console, and the new designed Home screen was awesome. I really like the pop up speed monitor. Great drive, comfortable and larger interior was extremely high on our list of wants. We are two happy drivers. Thank you Brad for always working with me over the years. I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave back in December. I initially met with Ryne Czyznik and later with Justin Grubb. Both were very helpful in making my purchase. I appreciated that they were not the typical 'pushy car salesman' type you come to expect at dealers. They were friendly, answered my questions and assisted with all my needs. Justin even delivered the car to my house! Ryne did as well after a repair job. The overall experience was a great one. There was an issue with the power steering leaking which was noticed after a couple days. While it took a few trips to the service department and a little time to figure it all out, I was very pleased that Liberty made the repairs with no charges. They had great follow through to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It is now 3 months later and I love the car and am very happy with my experience. Thank you Liberty! More
