The service depart is completely unresponsive, lacks integrity, and is dishonest. By law "State Of Michigan Auto Repair Law," we are entitled to the part which was replaced. They won't respond after you integrity, and is dishonest. By law "State Of Michigan Auto Repair Law," we are entitled to the part which was replaced. They won't respond after you pick up the car, and request the part (2 hours after pickup). They are required by state law in Michigan, to hold the parts for 48 hours. When they finally responded to my 5th email on the same day the car was picked up, they said the part was "gone." They completely lied to us. The part was never replaced at all. Joe Craddock was the service advisor who lied. DO NOT TRUST HIM. We had to get in touch with the corporate ownership to get our money back. Lithia Motors (they own this dealership) is a very large company which owns hundreds of auto dealers across the country. They were immediately responsive and completely involved. This service department completely disrespects its customers and has a deeply disturbing culture of dishonest business practices. More

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at SCDJR of Troy, which stands out as the worst I've encountered across various industries, not just automotive. After my vehicle was broken into, with a busted sunroof, exposed wiring, and scratches, I entrusted SCDJR of Troy to address the structural damage. They even offered to take my car to Suburban Collision of Troy for additional scratch repairs. However, two weeks passed, and my vehicle was left outside with only the sunroof fixed. Despite assurances, they never took my car to their collision center and claimed they couldn't find it—quite a puzzling situation. The aftermath was disappointing: glass was not cleaned out, wires remained exposed, seatbelts didn't work, and electrical issues persisted. It's disheartening that my car returned in a worse condition than before. It's worth noting that they may insist you bring your vehicle to the dealer to get a share of the insurance payout—they're not being truthful. If your car is being handled by Kylar (servicer), I strongly recommend saying a prayer that your car will return in a functioning condition. This is the first negative Google review I've ever written, and it serves as a cautionary message for anyone considering this dealership. I anticipate a standard automated response from the dealer in reply to this, but my intention is to share an honest warning with potential customers. More

Have been trying to contact them to get our title and plates. Has been almost 90 days now and can't drive our new car due to temp tag expired. Parts department is an absolute mess to deal with. We have a commercial account and I had four orders completely missed, and the remainder of our parts were never delivered. When I called to ask if they were going to deliver our parts, I was just told "no" and that they didn't have the staff. No call or notice. I had also ordered a part and confirmed the pricing while ordering. We picked the part up and didn't notice that they had raised the price over a third higher. I have called twice to fix this, just to be put on hold. The longest was 26 minutes and I couldn't wait any longer. Looks like I will have to go to the credit card co for help. More

Stuart Smith signs people up with bad warranties that are not valid, and then he does nothing to make it right! He knows that the warranty is invalid and he has not reached out to me to fix this issue meanwhile my car needs service, and my money has been put into a warranty that is no good. I have called and left messages. I have called and they would hang up on me. They have no dignity. Even the sales person Florian (Flo) has been unhelpful in this matter and it is an awful feeling to be treated this way after giving my hard earned money to these people. If they every offer you a Lithia warranty please do not take it. There should be criminal actions taking place behind this, because they robbed me! They robbed me first of my money, and now I have no security of a warranty for my vehicle. They have not worked with me to get this resolved hence it’s not been resolved they won’t even call me back! I have been waiting since November 8th to hear from Stuart it is November 17th? No one has tried to help me?!? More
