I wouldn't ever come to a traditional dealership to buy a car if it wasn't for Jim Duffack. I kow I can trust him and I value his opinion. It never took me this long to buy a car from the Duffacks. My decades long relationship with the Duffacks is the only reason I came and I'm not sure I'll be coming back. I picked out the car in an hour and then spent 3-1/2 hours haggling and filling out paperwork.
