Jim helped us trade in our Toyota matrix and find our Toyota RAV4. Been extremely happy with it. Avoid Phillip. Not helpful. Condescending, lazy and selfish. Presented minor problem with easy no cost solution and Phillip did nothing. After purchase, Corwin customer service is lacking. Found the vehicle I’m looking for at Corwin Toyota of Bellevue. Was told by salesman named Jim that his manager WOULDN’T LET me buy the vehicle for the advertised price unless I had a trade-in. I didn’t Bellevue. Was told by salesman named Jim that his manager WOULDN’T LET me buy the vehicle for the advertised price unless I had a trade-in. I didn’t ask for any deals or discounts, only wanted to buy the vehicle for advertised price. Maybe don’t waste people’s time by advertising vehicles if you wont sell them without other strings attached. What a joke. More

Their services are awful and will do everything in their power to steal from you and make it impossib DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY A CAR HERE! Their services are awful and will do everything in their power to steal from you and make it impossible to get any decent service after they have taken everything from you. 1. I had a 720 credit score and the "best" they could offer me was a 7.13% APR. I had to take it as I had a situation where I needed a car ASAP. 2. They said they handled everything from plates and registration and that is not true as I went to pick up my plates to the place they sent me to and guess what, I had to pay an extra $3,000 for the plates. When I tried to make sense of the situation they would send me from person to person and everyone telling me they had no idea what was going on and that they could do nothing. 3. Fast forward to now where I am trying to sell the car as I took a job overseas. I called in April of 2021 to get the service package removed from the car's total lean, which is $4,000 that it takes off from the car. They told me in April that it took 6 to 8 weeks to get that sorted with the bank that own my loan. So I waited and called in June, 2021. When I called no one had any recollection of me trying to get the service package removed. I showed evidence and all they could do is start the process over and tell me to wait another six to eight weeks. So I call every week to see if things are moving and every week I get a different response of someone saying: "I have no idea what you are talking about". I had to call the Ally Auto and place them in a call with a Toyota representative to literally tell them how to complete the transaction and guess what? To this day it still has not been completed and every time I call I get another excuse and someone saying: "Oh let me completed right now, and just wait another six to eight weeks". I have lost about four people interested in the car because of their mediocre service and have had to pay for four months for a car that I do not use. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MEDIOCRE COMPANY! More

At first, I was impressed with Ashley as the only competent person in the entire shop. However, now after trying to get the title for a vehicle that I purchased FOUR MONTHS AGO, I've found that none competent person in the entire shop. However, now after trying to get the title for a vehicle that I purchased FOUR MONTHS AGO, I've found that none of them really care. They have been neither proactive nor competent in their ability to solve a simple problem: get me my title. In fact, to cover his tracks, one guy (Jay, just don't know which one) LIED to me, telling me that they had sent my paperwork to the DMV, when they hadn't. I'm filing with the BBB. Their incompetence is unfathomable. More
