Everyone is very welcoming attentive Very considerate to me. My whole experience has been great.This is my third time there. I first went a couple of months ago for myself. I dealt with Derek. And since I h me. My whole experience has been great.This is my third time there. I first went a couple of months ago for myself. I dealt with Derek. And since I had such a great experience, I brought my roommate Daniela. And she too had a great experience. Then I went back again to see if I can get a call for my sister still working on that. But, of course, while I was waiting, Derek The smooth salesman that he is talked me into upgrading my vehicle and getting a new track with les miles. I think if he wasn't as skillful as he was, I would not walk out there.With yet a new car. All I can say is keep up.The good work and I hope you have more happy customers like myself. This had been an enjoyable experience. Russ is a Great salesman he didn’t pressure us to buy & worked hard to get us what we wanted. Everyone that we dealt with from finance, to the truck Russ is a Great salesman he didn’t pressure us to buy & worked hard to get us what we wanted. Everyone that we dealt with from finance, to the truck being cleaned was a Great experience. My wife and I have bought a lot of vehicles but by far this is the best Dealership we have dealt with. I will recommend Wayne Akers to all my friends! More

Communication was beyond awful. Due to complete ignorance to how the warranty sold to us works we were and are still without our car 14 days later!!! Service agents do NOT answer Due to complete ignorance to how the warranty sold to us works we were and are still without our car 14 days later!!! Service agents do NOT answer calls or return mesaages Had to send countless texts to even make any progress. Ultimately had to go into the dealership in person and stand over the agent so they did their job. At this point only 50% of the work requested has been completed. My wife is about to give birth and we STILL do not have our car back. All the time Wayne Akers blaming everyone they can other than owning their own mistakes in this process and advocating for me their client. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with service at a dealership. More
