Herb Chambers in Seekonk is the place to go! I originally started at a different Honda dealership in the purchase of my CRV and then switched after speaking with Jim Downing in Sales. Jim was fa I originally started at a different Honda dealership in the purchase of my CRV and then switched after speaking with Jim Downing in Sales. Jim was fantastic to work with from the start. Due to how far away i lived, we did a lot over the phone. I knew I wanted a 2025 CRV hybrid so Jim walked me through the options over the phone. He sent me pictures (and even went above and beyond with a 360 degree video!) of the car to make sure I was happy with the color prior to proceeding. I also worked with Kyle in finance and we ran into a number of technical challenges, but he was patient as we tried to work through it. Jim ended up driving the car all the way up to Maine to meet me! He spent quite a bit of time going over everything and knew everything that was different compared to my old 2016 CRV. He also told me to call him if I ran into any questions about buttons/functions of the car after he had left. Jim was truly phenomenal from start to finish, and I really valued the lack of pressure and how thorough he was. Ask for Jim when you go to Herb Chambers in Seekonk! More
