I like the people that work there. They are always friendly. However, I am really disappointed on the cost of repairs!! I have a 2007 Hyundai Accent and I have no choice but to keep it They are always friendly. However, I am really disappointed on the cost of repairs!! I have a 2007 Hyundai Accent and I have no choice but to keep it in good running condition! When I brought it in for an oil change, they discovered my right front axle was leaking grease. They gave me an estimate of $1244.00 to fix it!! They were going to charge me 4-5 hours labor plus parts!! I had my nephew fix it for $100.00 (for the part) and a batch of homemade fudge!!! And it took him less than 1 hour to do the repair!!!! I feel sorry for people that don't have a nephew that can do repairs and have to rely on the dealership to do repairs! I understand the need to make money, but this was way over what should have been charged for this repair!!!! More

I moved from Chicago five years ago. This is the second vehicle I have bought from webb Hyundai. Its also the second time my salesperson was Jon Culver. He is great. I made an appointment for the previous Monday at 8:00, however when arrived there was a line of cars and was told that it was uncertain how long the oil change would take and was reminded, 'you made an a however when arrived there was a line of cars and was told that it was uncertain how long the oil change would take and was reminded, 'you made an appointment not a reservation, it's like going to the doctors office'. I left with intention of rescheduling on a different day. I showed up on Friday for a 2:45 'appointment' at 2;40, my car got pulled in at 3:00 @ 4:20, I inquired about my car, I was told the technician was preparing a quote for other services, I said no need because I wasn't having any other services done today. I complained about the wait time, and received the same dismissive statement, 'you made an appointment not a reservation '. To which I replied, I hate that you all say that. I had maintenance included in my purchase package, and regret that decision every time I interact with the service department. More
