I recently purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer ST from this dealership and their service department was lacking when they inspected it. It was sold to me with a leaky roof resulting in standing water in this dealership and their service department was lacking when they inspected it. It was sold to me with a leaky roof resulting in standing water in the front passenger foot compartment as well as a sizable chip in the windshield. I contacted dealership management a week ago and they apparently don't care about the dismal level of quality because none have bothered to respond to me. I do not recommend shopping here if quality matters. More
