He was genuine, friendly, and incredibly detailed throughout the process. Ed communicated clearly and set realistic expectations, particularly regarding delivery time, which made the entire process stress-free. His transparency and personable approach made me feel confident in my decision. Dan in the finance department was equally impressive. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood all aspects of the financing. Working with him was a breeze—he was thorough and pleasant, making what can sometimes be a daunting process feel seamless. Jim, the general manager, clearly runs a tight ship and has much to be proud of. The entire team worked together to provide an experience that exceeded my expectations. Wonderful experience with first service, as expected after having a great experience with my vehicle purchase (thank you Jason, Jim and Chad). Thank you to Lisa, and the gal that was at the waiting area desk (she deserves credit, too - don't see her listed). Being so dog-friendly and engaged with the community is a plus as well - nice to see. With all the competition out there, this all definitely matters.
