I trust Jessie Dreaden and Jim Burns to make sure I am taken care of. They are both great to work with. The only problem I have ever had with this dealership is the service department. I had some work do taken care of. They are both great to work with. The only problem I have ever had with this dealership is the service department. I had some work done there and called about a problem that I felt as I drove the car home and they just acted like it was nothing. With in a week, both front tires blew on me as I was driving 75 mph on 840. They had just rotated the tires 3 days priar and never mentioned anything about the wear on them. Makes me leary to use them anymore for my service. More

I was given all that my trade-in was worth without dickering. They were very open to negotiations on the price of the pre-owned truck I bought & worked with me on an agreed amount. Dakota Williams went above & beyond to make sure service to my vehicle was performed as quickly as possible & to my satisfaction related to two issues. The only complaint I would even mention was the interior of the 2020 F150 I bought was not detailed but they did have the interior cleaned & front alignment done per my request. Then they delivered the truck to me an hour away from the dealership. Good team of people to deal with!!! More
