I had the general sales manager TJ Lang, a sales manager Larry Parks and sales man Tim Lewis, all three of them insulted me, would not list to me only wanting to personally attack me. Larry Parks got in the truck that I returned because it was not compatible with my ADA conversion, and chased me down the street pulling off the road and onto the grass, swearing at me and personally attacking me. The Dade City police force said it would have been Assault with a deadly weapon if they saw it happen. Once I was driven back to the dealership only Larry Parks apologized and it was 45 minutes later and because the boss told him he had to. It was a simple " I'm sorry" and a handshake. The other two I had to go up and ask them if we were okay. As a whole I would not ever in my wildest dreams ever go back to Jim Browne Chrysler . Everyone is still employed and in their current position, so the next person who comes in can have this experience More

Bought 3 new vehicles at 3 different dealerships this year. (2022). I wish I had started with Jim Browne. The 1st two were nightmares. Cars were hard to come by and these first two dealers took huge advantages because they knew they could get away with it. Jim Browne was a breath of fresh air. Going in, expecting the worst and ended up having the most pleasurable time buying my latest car. I can't say enough about this dealership. Drive the extra distance if you have to, it is well worth it. One more thing, I researched the car I wanted all across the nation from Florida to California. Jim Browne had one of the best (if not THE best) price around. Well worth the 120 mile drive! More
