I dealt with Felix. He was very personable & easy to talk with. We looked at a 2023 Toyota Highlander. On the day I took the test drive, there were scattered showers in the area & I did not notice the dent on the rocker panel below the passenger door or the gouge in the right front tire rim, due to us dodging the rain. I did ask for new tires of which I was accommodated. When the tires were replaced, the gouge in the right front rim had to be noticed by the technician replacing the tires, but it was never brought to my attention. It was not til after purchasing the vehicle & bringing it home did I notice the dent in the rocker panel & the gouge in the right front rim. I brought this to the attention of Felix & he said he mentioned this to the service manager. I was denied any further work being done to the vehicle. I was hoping that these things I did not see could be repaired. I did have a clean trade-in & paid in full the balance that was owed. I also purchased a long term warranty. I was hoping that the rocker panel & gouge in the rim could be repaired or replaced. I truly enjoy driving this vehicle & working with Felix was a pleasant bonus. Lauri at Inver Grove Toyota was awesome as my salesperson! I’m the past going to the car dealer was remindful of going to the dentist. This was not my experience at Inver Grove Toyota. Lauri was very patient and was never pushy about what type of vehicle we decided on. Lauri showed me several different Toyota’s and was very patient in letting me decide which was best for us to drive in daily and go on vacations with. All the other staff were also very friendly and treated me well. I’m very happy we ended up at Inver Grove Toyota and now have a car dealership we rely on today and for years to come! More
