Both of those ladies went well above and beyond any expectations I had when we began our car sear and finance manager (Jill Schellhase) to work with. I thought I would never get into another vehicle due to my “not-so-pretty” credit history but they reassured me that they could make it happen. Jill personally contacted the bank and explained our situation and was able to get us into a beautiful car that we actually picked out!! They were honest, extremely helpful and made me feel like I was important and not just another car sale. Mary even went to the lot where the car we were interested in was located just to be 100% sure it was still available for purchase. She even took a quick video and sent it to me showing that it was still there and giving me a quick overview of the car. She kept us fully aware of every step throughout the entire deal. The way she treated us made us feel like family, unlike any other salesperson; she had our best interests in mind instead of trying to talk us into something out of our price range or trying to add extra policies, etc just to make more money on the deal. She genuinely puts her whole heart into making each and every detail of the purchase important, from the warm welcome when we walked in down to the giant red bow she had waiting on our car as she handed over our keys and captured it all with a great photo and a memory we will never forget! This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere other than Suntrup Nissan for anything car related from now on. Mary Brennan was texting us after work hours and went into work early to help us determine if the car we wanted was still there. She went out of her way to help my daughter through the whole process. Then there was Jill in financing who took time to explain each step and what to look for when financing. In general, all of the staff were so supportive and excited for her. I typically hate buying cars but this experience changed my perspective. Thanks to the whole staff at Suntrup. 10 out of 10 recommend! More
