My one complaint was that I understood that it would only take a couple hours and having an appointment for 10:00 I thought I could go into town for lunch and come back around 1:00 to pick it up. In fact it take a couple hours and having an appointment for 10:00 I thought I could go into town for lunch and come back around 1:00 to pick it up. In fact it wasn't started on till later and wasn't done till almost 5:00. If I had known that I would have made other arrangements to drop it off. More

I dropped off my car for an 8. 15am service appointment that should have taken 2 hrs. There were no extra problems with the car that needed fixing. Unfortunately, I was not advised that the car was ready until 2.45pm This is the longest wait time I have ever had for a regular service. It was quite disappointing and a waste of my day.
