I found a car I liked but was told the battery was dead. They said it would take 3 weeks to arrive. Even though I suggested they could easily replace the battery, they didn’t take it seriously. When I followed up the next day, I found out the car had been sold to someone else on that day. I felt misled and ended up having to buy a more expensive car from the same place. A very disappointing experience. More

I appreciate what I believe is the value that I found at the dealership especially with sales. My only frustration is it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get a service call and but the service people were very helpful the dealership especially with sales. Got my GV60 at a SoCal dealer, because they had the color & options combo I wanted. Since I live in the Bay Area, one of the first things I needed to do was look for a Genesis service center. In doing my res & options combo I wanted. Since I live in the Bay Area, one of the first things I needed to do was look for a Genesis service center. In doing my research, it showed that Manly Genesis Santa Rosa had the best rating. With living in Marin County, it was even more convenient. I didn’t realize that Genesis also provided valet service for the first few years until Laura Stout informed me at the first recall servicing. I found their waiting room comfortable with WiFi, coffee and snacks. Kudos to all the staff at Genesis Santa Rosa!! More
