This is the second time in a matter of months that my car has left me on the side of the road and Donalson's Service Department has been there to get me fixed up expeditiously and get me back on the road. Donalson chevrolet is located in silsbee,where i live, so it is very easy to get to. Therefore, i dont have to drive down demolition derby hwy96/hwy 69 to get to classic chevy or jk chevrolet. The 1995 tahoe I broguht in for service on the brake system was kind and courteous. Jewel payen found a way to work it in earlier than expected. I called the first part of January to set up an appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic. I then had my truck towed on the appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic. I then had my truck towed on the 24th of January thinking that it was going to have someone doing a diagnostic on it the next week. Next week came with no diagnostics. I think it was the first part of March before anyone ever really done a diagnostic for my truck. Was told that it would be finished on March the 19th and ready for pickup on the 20th, received a call on the 20th saying that it wasn't ready yet and The mechanic would have it completed on Friday evening, but wouldn't have time to test drive it until Monday evening. Finally on March the 24th I got my truck back. I missed 4 days of work waiting for my truck to get out of the shop. More
