This dealer on the used side is absolutely horrible. They were nice to you up to the time of the sale but afterwards not so much. To contact them is next to impossible, especially the gm Lance. He NEVER returns your phone calls and must work weird hours as he is never there and you get sent to voicemail instantly. We purchased a car there and in less than the time our temporary tag expires we were having issues. And not one of them were corrected. One was just a minor mechanical issue. They said we could bring it in and they would fix it. We brought it in but they never fixed it because they had to order the part and it hasn’t came in yet. We purchased the extended warranty because we were told it would give us peace of mind and that it would cover everything bumper to bumper. Well, we found out that what they really meant was front bumper to front bumper and nothing in between. We were not told ANYTHING about what the warranty does NOT cover nor were we given any paperwork or brochure regarding the disclosures of the warranty. DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTY!!! Do NoT Trust that the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected for damages or simple things not working like brake lights!!!!!!! They quoted us $1600 to fix !!!!!!! By the way it IS NOT covered by the SO Called Warranty!!!! Our bill was over $5400!!!! For having a $15000 car for 45 days!! Update: We worked with James who oversees tne used car side. He was great. He helped us get into another car along with salesman Joseph. Thanks guys for making it right and taking care of us. We greatly appreciate it!!!! I do think that the warranty coverage should be disclosed more so people know exactly what they are getting before making a final decision. More

went in on Monday January 22 2024 (slick icy day cold day) I had called Jesus to make sure he still had the truck. This was the most stress free vehicle i have ever bought I'm 75 so I'v bought a few. ev day) I had called Jesus to make sure he still had the truck. Then JESUS and 2 others went out in the cold and helped me take my camper shell off my trade in and put it on my truck i bought.It was really cold but they stayed out in the cold till we were done. More

I stopped at the dealership to see if they had a vehicle that would catch my attention. Jesus, was standing outside the used vehicle building area & asked how my day was going & I explained what I was looki that would catch my attention. Jesus, was standing outside the used vehicle building area & asked how my day was going & I explained what I was looking for. Jesus pointed out one a few yards away, however I wasn't fond of the color, so he advised of two more located near the road. While he retrieved the keys for the cars I walked towards them. They were the kind of vehicle that I was looking for, however they just didn't "talk" to me. During further conversation with Jesus, he advised there was another vehicle in front of the other building so we headed that way. Getting closer to that area, I seen the car & she started whispering to me. While I walked around the car, Jesus went to get the keys & started her before exiting the building. She started yelling at me. Took her for a test drive, putting her through her paces & she is now screaming at me. Jesus wasn't pushy, didn't act like wolf, treating me like a person the entire time. Bill was easy to talk with & very helpful with all the finance paperwork. Thankful to both of these gentlemen for helping me... Love my car that I have named Breeze... More

Caring Sales Associate, Inept Finance Manager We found a good vehicle here, and our salesperson, Jesus Velasco, was very helpful and kind. Jesus focused on finding a vehicle that would suit our needs. Unfortunately, the Finance Manager, Bill Doyle, was not helpful at all, and he acted as if he didn't know how to complete the transaction. He blamed others for the mistakes on our documents and got flustered when we insisted he should get the dollar amount correct and our names spelled correctly. We were pre-approved from our financial institution, yet we had to do a lot of legwork on our own to complete the deal. He made it much more stressful than it needed to be. Other employees were either cranky or uninterested in helping us, but Jesus was very professional. More

Matthias was awesome!! Matthias was great, he was patient and informative without being pushy. Everytime I had a question or concern he addressed it.
