It came highly recommended by numerous people, so this was my first choice in a dealership, even though I live closer to a different Ford dealer. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by numerous people. As a customer, this immediately put me in a good mood and made me feel comfortable. My sales associate was Jesus Sanchez. He introduced himself and asked questions to get to know me as not only a customer, but also a friend. With this being my first experience buying a brand new car, and being all on my own, I was immediately at ease and comfortable with Jesus. I came over-prepared with a lot of questions; Jesus answered every one to his best ability. When he didn't have an answer, he directed me to the person who did. Not once was he pushy or persistent; I was allowed to lead the deal and proceed at my own rate. To be honest, I didn't have intentions to buy that same day. However, the comfort and knowledge of not only Jesus but the whole AH Ford team made me eager to purchase that same day. Upon leaving the dealership, Jesus told me to contact him with any questions, and he even gave me his cell phone number. I had to return to the dealer in a week for a package I purchased, so I made a point to keep a list of all the questions I was accumulating during my first week with my new car. After a week, I had a list of about a dozen questions. When Jesus saw the list, he was excited! He was happy that I had questions for him to answer. To others, my list may have seemed redundant or too much, but not to Jesus. In my opinion, this is one of his best features. He truly wanted to make sure that all (and I mean all) my questions were answered. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) car to visit Arlington Heights Ford. With their excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and comfortable relationships, I promise you will not be disappointed. I think it's safe to say I will return when it's time to purchase another car. But for now, I will enjoy my top-of-the-line 2014 Ford Escape! More
