The whole process took maybe an hour it was painless, effortless, and overall smooth couldn’t have gone any better. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. No one smiled at me but my dealer. I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with many questions. Marc did remedy some of my concerns and stayed in contact woth me through the whole process. I just couldn't be sure everything was factual. Like the brakes, I was told that the brakes were replaced but after I got the 4Runner my brakes were squeaking so I took em to service and they replaced the back brakes and told me they wernt new. I also had a question about why the service wasn't showing on the Carfax I requested. All in all I'm so happy that I have my 4Runner, I am just not looking forward to coming back into the dealership unless it's for merch. More
