I am deeply frustrated and disheartened by their service experience. Not only has the initial problem with my vehicle not been resolved, but the follow-up service and support have also been significantly la experience. Not only has the initial problem with my vehicle not been resolved, but the follow-up service and support have also been significantly lacking. The suggestion that my attempt to show evidence of the issue was "deceptive" is particularly troubling and not reflective of the customer service standards I expected. More
