Good afternoon, I'm Washington H T, I was at Hyundai in Danbury yesterday 03/15/2024 at 5:20 pm to see a 2018 Hyundai Tucson car that I saw online the night before, before buying a car or a house you have Danbury yesterday 03/15/2024 at 5:20 pm to see a 2018 Hyundai Tucson car that I saw online the night before, before buying a car or a house you have to see it. The salesman Jesus was busy and very friendly he took me with another salesman, a young salesman who works there at Hyundai Danbury. I didn't see his tag name or I don't remember his name. Since I entered, he asked me for my ID and took photos of my ID. he ask me where I live, where I'm from, my phone number, my e-mail. He took photos of my ID with his phone, I didn't see any respect from him, if he had a bad day or he didn't want to take care of me, he would have to told me. just to see a car and I did not see any respect, I am sure he Profile me, it made me feel uncomfortable because maybe I was Latin or Hispanic, he asked me so much without explaining anything. I have bought cars and my house and never before in my life see vendors asked me so much lot of questions about my life. After he was asking me for my email, I asked him for the third time why he took photos of my ID, which he replied that he wanted to know "WHO I AM". After that, I didn't see the car. I really felt so bad and I left without wanting to see the car. I told him to forget everything, I left your place and outside in the parking lot my family was waiting for my wife and children and I told them what happened, and then another salesman came out from your building and took photos of my car or maybe the car next to it, I don't know. But my wife asked me why that Guy took photos of my car from the front and my license plates from the back. It wasn't a good day for me. I spoke with the salesman Jesus by phone and I returned the next day Saturday 03/16/2024 at 10 am to see the 2018 Tucson car Jesus told me that on Saturday I would speak with another salesman Jose who was excellent with all the information about the Hyundai Tucson 2018 the prices and never the Vendors Jesus and Jose never ask me for more information about me or never make me feel uncomfortable..... I don't remember the name of the young salesman who treated me and made me feel so bad. The reason for this review is that I hope that your Sellers will be more polite and make the customer or buyer feel welcome. I am sure that The young vendor or Car Seller who treated me harshly at Hyundai Danbury has my Photo Driver License "Id" in his personal phone and information about me, even my telephone number so who ever is answering all the complains is welcome to call me. Danbury Hyundai Dealership, Outstanding White Gloves Service! Jesús Benitez, by far is absolutely the best salesperson I experienced throughout my many years buying automobiles! He is a five stars sale Service! Jesús Benitez, by far is absolutely the best salesperson I experienced throughout my many years buying automobiles! He is a five stars salesperson, has knowledge, professionalism, patience, and class! He was 100% focused on my needs regarding the purchase, he took the time to answer all my questions about the vehicle I ended up buying and did it in a positive and professional manner! In other words, Jesús professional behavior, curtesy, and language played a huge part in my decision to buy the new Hyundai Palisade! Since my first phone call to the dealership, I knew he was the person I wanted to deal with, about the new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition I was searching for. As they say... The first impression is everything, well guess what? It was for me, I was impressed. I felt comfortable and at ease while talking to Jesús for the first time, when I made the call to the dealership. I drove from Stamford CT to Danbury CT, one hour drive, to purchase the vehicle; I did that because I felt like I was talking with a real person, that actually took the time and focused of listening my questions and made me feel like the conversation that was taking place was important for him as well! Jesús behaved the total opposite of being ROBOTIC! He consistently kept the same professionalism and answered all the questions I had, before and after buying the vehicle. Additionally, he walked me through all the necessary steps for the electronics set-up procedures, my iPhone, the Hyundai Blue Link, the remote-control functionality, steering wheel controls, touch screen navigation, etc. Also, a pleasure to notice, the Danbury Hyundai dealership is well kept, clean, organized, and stocked with amenities and seating areas, for the clients to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while waiting for the paperwork to be done! I wish I could say the same for the Hyundai Dealership located in Stamford CT, my hometown. I visited the Stamford Hyundai Dealership which is literally 5 minutes’ drive from my house and placed a $1000 payment for the same exactly vehicle model I was interested in purchasing, to stop it from getting sold to someone else. This happened on the same day, prior to me contacting Jesús from the Danbury Hyundai Dealership. Unfortunately, I must say, because of the sales team and managers’ incompetency, roughness, and short fused attitude, among other reasons which I am not going to mention here, of the Stamford Hyundai dealership, I ended up buying the vehicle 1 hour away from Stamford! That said, I want to take the time and thank Jesús Benitez, and Anthony from the financial department, another outstanding person, for being two great people! Furthermore, I want to express my gratitude to the rest of the staff at the Danbury Hyundai Dealership for the excellence they reflect on the brand they stand for, with their professionalism! I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family! I will be back to buy more vehicles from you! Because of the Brand advance technology and craftsmanship qualities progress of their manufactured vehicles, the high standard service you have provided me with, and the unmatched professionalism and courtesy you practiced, I am now a Hyundai loyal customer and fan for life! I don't usually leave reviews but wanted to say Jesus my sales person,good job and and he was excellent showing all the features. I give him B+. Due to both of those gentlemen I would purchase another vehicle from you,and also recommend your business.Also the person who handled the finance of the car great job also.He made everything easy to understand and explained all options. Only issue I didnt like on your website you had a unlock price( lowered the MSRP by $2000.00 when I brought that up to Jesus he got his boss not sure his name, he told me I couldnt get that vehicle for that price. Now at that point you guys did work a better trade in price for my car, I think in the future you could make sure the price on your website is accurate. I would say your website is very sketchy. More

Pulled a bait & switch scam on us. Contacted them to buy a Santa Cruz SEL AWD Crew Cab Pickup for $31,245, as listed on their website. They confirmed that they had it in stock, assured Contacted them to buy a Santa Cruz SEL AWD Crew Cab Pickup for $31,245, as listed on their website. They confirmed that they had it in stock, assured us they didn't need a deposit, they'd hold it for us. So we drove HOURS down to our credit union and we're about to leave to the dealership and suddenly NOPE, it SOLD. But they have the PREMIUM for +$10k MORE. Won't discus any deal via phone. We gotta drive another hour to the dealership to discuss. Gave up and drove hours home. Next day, I contact the dealership again - guess what? They HAVE the same make and model we wanted to buy, but now it's +$8k MORE than listed on the website. I've filed complaints with the CT State Attorney's General and Dealer Complaint Department. Do NOT buy from these scam artists. More
