It seems like we could have been told about some of the required steps, such as unfreezing our Experian credit file, Beforehand. Two other items: (1) The fact that there is a $2,000 limit on Credit card charges; (2) The amount of a Cashier's Check that would be needed, which, in turn, would have enabled me to have the Cashier's Check on hand to expedite the Lease process. Having said all that …. Much of the problem was on ME, due to my desire to retain my vanity plate on a leased vehicle. I’m guessing that aspect of the process was a learning experience for all involved. EVERY staff member was uniformly terrific to work with. More

I think their service is great but they charge extra bill as $795 as vehicle prep fee on top of the documentation fee and that is not exist any where at any dealer i visited.here in Massachusetts. There is no proper way to deal with parts, service and sales department. I have to get a part that wasn’t installed when I bought my vehicle due to parts shortage.
