Jamie Gomer was so helpful and kind. Honda absolutely EXCELS at customer service which unfortunately has become extinct- but not at Honda! They care! I was blessed to have her as my Service Advisor. In addition, I would like to recognize for outstanding performance as my mechanic who thoroughly inspected and assessed my vehicle and that person is Clayton who also filmed an excellent video of my cars findings.
