So disappointed in my experience. I left a glowing review last month but was shocked to receive a bill from Nissan for $4,700! I traded in my lease from South Shore Nissan and despi I left a glowing review last month but was shocked to receive a bill from Nissan for $4,700! I traded in my lease from South Shore Nissan and despite having all the paperwork from my original lease, the numbers discussed did not match what was reported to Nissan Finance. Ivan said the deal was going to cover all mileage and last two months of initial lease payment and that did not happen. After initially posting on Google, Kiara left her info and then never got back to us. Dishonesty across the board. As we’ve updated our experience in Google reviews, the dealership’s responses were unequivocally false; claiming they had called us, they we hadn’t reached out, that they were working closely with the finance department. There are no honest employees at this dealership. More

Sales person was very attentive. Dealership just need to do a better job in being more transparent with their prices, Down payment and their $1500 for prep fee and admin fee.
