I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass, and want to share with that your "Sales Manager" Jessica Ross is one of the most unprofessional, discourteous, and rude people I have ever worked with in a custo share with that your "Sales Manager" Jessica Ross is one of the most unprofessional, discourteous, and rude people I have ever worked with in a customer service capacity. I have purchased (3) vehicles from your location and will not be coming back. I would recommend some coaching on how to talk to a customer without a condescending tone, complete lack of empathy, and down-right rudeness. Best of luck! More

I worked with Nolan to trade in my vehicle for a new Jeep Compass. Nolan was extremely approachable and flexible throughout the process.
