My new Tucson had software issues from the time it left Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everythin Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everything. Same problem occured on the way home and the vehicle was returned for service the next day. Jenkins has now had my NEW car for 10 days with no sigh of progress toward fixing it. Jenkins has made little or no effort to contact me with progress reports and have repeatedly NOT returned calls and texts. More
