I have lived in 4 states since buying this truck at Miracle Ford. I drive back to Gallatin so that I do not have to deal with other dealerships service departments. This one is the best I have experienced by far. I have definitely noticed a difference since it is no longer Miracle Ford. They are a lot harder to reach on the phone now, but if I can get ahold of Jessica then I always get taken care of.

Regarding the Dealership as a whole, I have completed all service work on or before schedule, since buying my Ford truck from previously "Miracle Ford", but now that owners and names have transferred to "Gallatin Ford", my Warranty is no longer accepted in any way, shape, or form. I ultimately now have to buy a truck from the new owners - "Gallatin Ford" to have a Warranty Accepted. This is simply a bad look to the FORD name, something that I actually care about. Three stars provided, due to them keeping Jessica on board.
