TLDR: Bill Jacobs sold me a vehicle with damage that I didn't notice for a few weeks and only offered me $100 to fix the problem, after admitting the vehicle was sold in that condition. Every employee I i didn't notice for a few weeks and only offered me $100 to fix the problem, after admitting the vehicle was sold in that condition. Every employee I interacted with at the dealer seems miserable and are just putting on an act. I purchased a used X3 M from Bill Jacobs BMW, I should have walked away the minute I saw the disgusting condition the vehicle was in when I arrived. jessica Presniakovas told me the vehicle was dirty, but that was an understatement, dried up spilled liquid everywhere footprints and dirt on the leather and seats, and hair everywhere. I couldn't believe she showed me the vehicle in that condition. Jessica was not personable at all, acted like she wasn't interested in selling the vehicle, let alone be working there. Back to the vehicle, the outside was just as dirty and this is where I made a mistake, but used X3 M's are hard to come by. They tried to give me a low-ball trade in offer, $6,000 less than others were. In comes the sales manager, Khalil Guissé, he is a true salesman, in the essence that he has an answer to everything, but most of them are not logical and benefit nobody but the dealer. He proposed I go trade it in my vehicle at CarMax down the road and then come back to buy the vehicle. I don't have a local bank, so this wasn't an option. Don't worry, Khalil has a solution, purchase the car with their financing and then refinance with my credit union. Khalil let me put a deposit down to hold the vehicle while I figured out how to sell my car somewhere else. Four days go by, I get my bank draft and the vehicle still hasn't been cleaned yet. I go in to make the purchase and met with Jessica, same demeanor. When I walked in, Jessica met me and swiftly took me straight to her office and didn't even offer to have me look at the vehicle again. I finally got to look at the vehicle after going over some paperwork and waiting for finance. The vehicle was in their dimly lit showroom on an overcast evening, this definitely contributed to my oversight. It was at this point that I didn't notice the bumper had been repaired at some point. The bumper had two paint drip marks, over spray underneath the vehicle, uneven paint, and a miss aligned lower grill trim. This went unnoticed by me for about 4 weeks because my wife was driving it for a week after the purchase and I was out of town for 2.5 weeks, so it sat in my garage unused. I took my vehicle in to get PPF applied and the installer pointed out the issues to me. I contacted Khalil and informed him, his response was " what do you want us to do" but not on a helpful way. I sent him pictures and the following day he told me to bring it in so they could take a look. When I arrived at the dealer, Khalil and Jessica greeted me, this was the only words Jessica spoke to me the entire time I was there. They pulled it into the service area and looked at it with the light from a cell phone. Not sure why I couldn't pull it in myself, probably because they wanted to discuss about what they weren't going to do for me without me present. Khalil then told me the only thing they could do for me was offer me $100, claims he already discussed it with the general manager. He admitted it was evident that the bumper had been resprayed at some point. He said it would cost them $1200-$1300 to repair the issue at a body shop. He said it's not something they could fix because they don't have a body shop and it would require the bumper to be removed. I informed him bumpers are removed all the time for service reasons and all I was looking for was to have the grill piece to aligned correctly. I told him I was not satisfied with the offer. Khalil went on to say they cleaned their hands and obligations to the vehicle the minute the vehicle drove off the lot. Khalil eluded to the fact that maybe I have done something to the vehicle after purchasing. Bill Jacobs should have made a better good faith offer than $100. More

This sparkly modern dealership is helmed by a significant number of women in charge and women up front, who are superb at customer service and communicate appropriately and very thoughtfully. We especially e number of women in charge and women up front, who are superb at customer service and communicate appropriately and very thoughtfully. We especially enjoyed working with Jessica Presniakovas in her new Sales role. Preston O also helped out with our process. Manager Gigi and Finance Manager Aldijana Hodzic are well able to recognize and work with well-informed customers to get to a mutually satisfying deal. This was a 5 Star experience in almost every detail. I anticipate this team will get even more outstanding as time goes on. If you hate the traditional car dealership razzle dazzle, this is the team for you! More

Jessica Presniakovas, Shaun Patterson and the rest of the team at Bill Jacobs BMW were great to deal with. They were very responsive and were a pleasure to work with. I did a significant amount of research o team at Bill Jacobs BMW were great to deal with. They were very responsive and were a pleasure to work with. I did a significant amount of research on-line before buying and I received quotes from a few dealers for similar vehicles and they were the most competitive with their pricing. More
