Everyone we've come across have been welcoming and helpful. Our salesman David was excellent with his patience as we took alittle longer to decide what we wanted but he never gave up. I'm having some issues but the entire team are going above and beyond from Todd the Manager to Mark the manager in service to resolve any issue. I purchased a new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City fo Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City for the service. Unfortunately, moisture accumulated in the passenger-side front headlight. The Mercedes-Benz customer service representative stated the moisture was caused by a defective headlight seal. Mercedes-Benz recognized the headlight assembly was defective and offered to discount only the cost of the headlight. I still had to paid over $1,300 to replace the defective headlight assembly. The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 is only a few thousand miles over its warranty. Mercedes-Benz should stand behind their vehicle and repair the defective part at no charge to me. I owned Acura, Honda, Ford, General Motors, Chevrolet and Chrysler vehicles for over 40 years and have NEVER encountered a defective headlight assemble. Mercedes-Benz should reimburse me the cost of the repairs to replace the defective headlight assembly. More
