I'm VERY UPSET. ..at MYSELF!! I didn't "test drive" the "pre-driven/used" car ('04 Lincoln with 75K miles) I purchased a few months ago. I'm UPSET that when I drove ..at MYSELF!! I didn't "test drive" the "pre-driven/used" car ('04 Lincoln with 75K miles) I purchased a few months ago. I'm UPSET that when I drove home, the transmission had a "problem shifting" and the "change oil" came on. I'm UPSET that I was "assured" that it (the transmission) only be "driven more"...and was given a "free oil change". I'm UPSET that I paid TOO much! When I wanted to trade it (175 miles and 3 mo later), it was "appraised" at $4000 LESS than what I paid! That's why I'm UPSET....with MYSELF. I'm UPSET with a few people at Taylor...vewerrs@taylorcars.com and econnery@taylorcars.com for their "disinterest" and the "sales people" involved...not even a "Thank You" card..not a "how's the car" follow-up call...nothing! More

He really made it easy to know what the car value was and worked with me on my trade-in. Highly recommend Brandon if you go to there to get a new car or used car, good guy. Cody, the finance professional laid out everything nice and clear. Tori helped to set up the app and made sure that I didn’t have any questions about the vehicle. Jessica was a wonderful, cheerful sales person I have ever met. Even though I was delayed responding back to her texts she responded in a very short time. She was very patient with my wife and I.
