The mechanic who worked on my car came & spoke to me compassionately & offered to wash my messed up oil pan & put it in a box & my sweet service advisor Peyton brought it to my car & put it in trunk. , The mechanic was very sweet, compassionate and empathetic. They even pushed and got it ready that afternoon before closing, even though I had gone in there late afternoon so that I could have it the next day for my grandbaby’s first birthday party. Also met a few new people that I hadn’t seen before, they were all very sweet. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience there. This time I even got to witness how they all handled a very difficult customer who was completely off the chain that day. I felt like it was handled very professionally, and everyone that had to interact with that particular customer was still calm and kind. They seem to have a great team there at this present time. The morale seems high amongst the service team members. I have no complaints at this point after using them for about 2 yrs so far.
